We offer a choice of imaginatively prepared dishes predominately featuring local produce with an abundance of some of the best of South West Scotland’s larder.

We source our meats from Kilnford Barns Farm, Dumfries who supply rather fabulous home reared Belted Galloway Steaks, Blackface Lamb and Duroc Pork with Barony Country Foods in Lochmaben supplying us with our Fish & Game.

We serve Evening Suppers 5 nights a week (closed on Mondays & Tuesdays) from 6.30pm to 8.30pm in our cosy restaurant.

As we are a seasonal business, we are currently closed for the winter – reopening on 1st March 2019

We’re only a small eatery with a limited number of covers, ensuring personal, friendly and unhurried service so best to give us a call and book a table.

We have the one, small but perfectly formed menu (see recent one below) with smaller portions available on a number of dishes.

There are no ‘turned over’ tables so no rush to leave.
