A. Approx 3-4 miles or around 10 minutes

Q. What is Hightae ?
A. A small picturesque village of approximately 350 residents and one of the ‘Royal Four Towns’ alongside Greenhill, Heck and Smallholm.

Q. Check In & Out times?
A. The Guest House is closed during the day so check-in anytime between 5pm & 10pm is ok with us. Check out by 11.00am.

Q. Do you serve Evening Supper ?
A. We’ve been operating as a Private Licensed Guest House since 2020 and only offer an evening supper option to our B&B guests.

Q. Electric Vehicle Charging ?
A. We’ve recently installed a 7kwH charger at the rear of the property and this is available for B&B guests. Get in touch with us to confirm availability and the current charging rate.

Q. What about children ?
A. Our accommodation has really been set-up for adults only and is not suitable for children.

Q. Do you allow pets ?
A. We appreciate how important bringing your dog on holiday is, however we’re just a small B&B and can’t accommodate pets.
