Where do you start ? So many whiskies....so little time.
You'd need a gantry the length of Hampden Park to show most of the whiskies available today, so let's just say we do our best to cover the bases with a great selection from all 6 Scottish Malt Whisky regions, some wonderful luxury blended whiskies plus a few overseas belters (I know - just don't be afraid).
We've got a fair number which are listed in "101 Whiskies to Try Before You Die" by Ian Buxton. Give it a wee read whilst you're here (or even purchase a copy from us) and see and taste what he's talking about.

Beer
We're extremely chuffed to now have West Brewery St Mungo's Lager here on draught at The Hightae Inn. It's an amazing beer brewed in accordance with Reinheitsgebot, known as the German Purity Law - a really fabulous lager. We also sell draft Budweiser Lager, Boddingtons and Guinness as well as Criffel, Knockendoch and Black Galloway bottled ales from Sulwath Brewers in nearby Castle Douglas.
