We offer a choice of imaginatively prepared dishes predominately featuring local produce with an abundance of some of the best of Scotland’s natural larder.
We source our meats from The Butchery in Lockerbie and fish and game from Barony Country Foods in the Carse of Ae.
We've also just commenced sourcing some fairly wonderful cheese from Derek Cook at Choose a Cheese in Hightae itself.
Winter Opening Hours now up and running with Evening Suppers served 5 nights a week (we are closed on Mondays and Tuesdays) from 6.00pm to 8.30pm in our cosy lounge bar area.
A great testimony to the quality of our food is the hotel’s immense popularity locally as a firm favourite eating out experience and a great choice in the area for celebrations and get togethers amongst family and friends.
